In order to be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and undamaged in any way. You must have proof-of-purchase with you to be eligible for a return; this includes your receipt, bank statement, or record on your customer account if you have signed up with us.
After we receive your item, one of our team members will inspect it to then process your return. We only offer store credit or exchange for items returned due to wrong choice or change of mind.
If the item is faulty or unsatisfactory in some other way, after inspection, we can offer a full refund, store credit or exchange.
Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items for change of mind or wrong choice.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.
