So you have an understanding of the process involved in getting your uniform together, and the way in which Surrey Clothing work with our clients to achieve the required look & branding, and also the comfort and fit of the garment selection process.
- The initial meeting discusses the look/branding the company is after.
- The garment selection based on the look/feel the company is looking for. This can be done by email, phone or in a design consultation.
- Approximate quote is given to the client based on initial selections and numbers required.
- The garments selected with actual samples of the specific garment are provided. This usually requires a few days to get all samples together.
- After the client has approved all garments, the order is processed and a 30% deposit is required to then process the order to the next stage.
- All sizing is then supplied for fittings prior to any embroidery and/or screen-printing.
- The Artwork for the garments to be confirmed for embroidery and/or screen printing. This depends on the actual fabrics and garments selected, and through further consultation with the client as to the required branding the company is looking for.
- After final approval of all garments and artwork, the order should be available within 7-10 working days. This would be confirmed after final approval, depending on the artwork & branding required.
- Final payment required COD.
